New song! What In The World
Hello Friends!
I have a brand new song out today called “What In The World.” You can hear it on all the places where you stream music: Apple Music, Spotify, I Tunes, Pandora etc.
This song was written with my longtime co-writer and friend, Tom Littlefield (Bliss, Get Your Own, Something Else) after several phone conversations discussing the state of the world/politics today, where one of us would inevitably exclaim some version of “what in the world is the world coming to??!!” This is a familiar refrain among my friends as we lament the division in our country and in our world, and wonder if we have what it takes to turn this ship around. I believe we do. I am hopeful.
The incredible and lovely, Rob Fetters, produced, recorded and added his musical gifts to it (there’s a KILLER guitar solo!) along with his talented son, Noah Fetters on drums. We recorded it at Rob’s home studio, taking breaks for tea and conversation. i don’t do anything anymore these days unless it brings me joy. Making music with Rob and Tom, recording and playing concerts for you fits that bill!
I hope you like the song.
Cheers,
Alice
